What are the available delivery methods?
Pickup at LUEL STORE

Shipment to a parcel machine (OMNIVA)
Home delivery (OMNIVA, DPD, DHL, FEDEX or others)
Time: delivery within 3-10 business days, depending on the region to which the shipment is to be sent.
Price: depends on the option selected when placing the order. Courier shipping starts at 8 Eur.
Do you ship internationally?
YES. When placing an order, you must select your preferred delivery method. If you need a different delivery method, please contact us by e-mail info@luel.lt
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment or after the production process is completed.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or Paysera payments.

How can I cancel or change my order?
To change your order, please contact us by e-mail info@luel.lt.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can shop without creating an account. However, if you want to view your order history, you can only do so with a registered account.

How can I return a product?
We do not offer free returns.
The order can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order, in the same original condition and with tags. Please contact us by email info@luel.lt and inform us about the return. info@luel.lt ir informuoti mus apie grąžinimą.
There are three ways to return an order:
Return to the “LUEL STORE”:
Returns can be made at the same store where you picked up your order.
Return via OMNIVA parcel machine:
Send the parcel to the address LueL, contact number +37069973737 and select the delivery location SAVANORIŲ RIMI Vilnius (Kedrų g. 4).
Return via courier:
We accept returns delivered directly to our LueL store: Didžioji g. 15 Vilnius LT01128
