What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Collection at the LUEL SHOP
Time: 1-3 working days

Price: FREE
After placing your order, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. You will receive a notification after delivery. To collect your order, all you need to do is to show your proof of purchase.
Shipment to a post office (OMNIVA)
Period: 2-6 working days
Price: in Lithuania from 2,30 Eur, in Latvia from 6 Eur, in Estonia from 8 Eur.
At the end of your purchase, please select your preferred delivery method and choose the address of the post office. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched to your chosen delivery location.
Home delivery (OMNIVA, DPD, DHL, FEDEX or others)
Time: delivery within 3-10 working days, depending on the region to which the parcel needs to be sent.
Price: depends on the option chosen at the time of booking. Shipping by courier starts from €8.
Do You Ship Internationally?
YES. You must select your preferred delivery method when placing your order. If you require a different delivery method, please contact us at info@luel.lt
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery timing depends on destination country and chosen delivery method.

Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
You can place an order by simply choosing your favourite products and adding them to Cart. Afterwords please follow the instructions in Cart.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can shop without creating an account. However, if you want to see your order history, you can only do so with a registered account.
How Do I Track My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?
We do not offer free returns.
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the same original condition and with labels. Please contact info@luel.lt to inform us of your return.

Returns can be made at the same shop where you picked up your order.
Returns via OMNIVA delivery points:
Send the parcel to LueL, phone +37069973737 and choose the place of delivery SAVANORIŲ RIMI Vilnius (Kedrų g. 4).
Return by courier:
We accept returns delivered directly to our LueL Store : Didžioji g. 15 Vilnius LT01128
